Labor of Love

Happy Labor Day! I hope everyone is enjoying their day off from work today, and squeezing in that last BBQ with friends and family. Since Labor Day is the unofficial official end to summer, I thought I'd take you back through my summer projects that were truly a "labor of love."

My Built In Hall Tree was a great weekend project that I was able to complete with my daughter as my little helper. This is the perfect project for you if you love the look of those massive built in units, but just don't have the space.

Another project that gave me A LOT of bang for my buck was my Spray Painted 'Stone' Concrete Walkway. It still looks great two months later, and everyone that knocks on my front door is super impressed and motivated to do their own version. You've got to love the power of paint!

This summer I also showed you how easy it is to clean and maintain your pool.

My simple trick for hanging a perfectly straight picture or mirror.

And a fun way to display your child's artwork on the wall.

I even shared with you a few fun recipes like my Snowcone Cupcakes.
