FOOD TRUCKS!
If the thought of street food grosses you out because you think the quality is bad, greasy, junky...Think again. Some of these trucks are gourmet on wheels! My favorite of the night was "The Yum Yum Cupcake Truck." Hands down, the best cupcake I have ever had in my life!
I'll take one of each please!
My carnivorous husband wanted something a bit more hearty.
I had a bite of his pulled BBQ brisket on texas toast, and it was to die for! Way better then any BBQ joint I've ever been to, and this one was mobile...
Zoe enjoyed her real mac and cheese, and by the face she made I do believe she ENJOYED IT.
We left the food trucks with bellies full, and wallets empty. $30 for 2 big sandwiches, side of mac and cheese, and 3 cupcakes. Pretty reasonable if you ask me. Most importantly though, we left with a new tradition. Every month on the first Friday we will be in downtown Kissimmee hitting up the food truck bizarre!
