I hope you all are having a great Memorial Day weekend. I know we are! Lots of pool time, friends and family came to visit, and I was even able to knock out a project in an afternoon. I'd have to say my first attempt at board and batten was a great success, and I may be a little addicted now!

{Before we moved in}
When we moved in to this house one of the very first projects we tackled was our front door makeover. Then we started painting and I showed you our entry. The entry turned out just okay, because our table was really too small for the space, and unfortunately we couldn't buy a bigger one because the door would open into it. So we left alone, until we {I} could figure out a solution.
