A Fruitful Day the Buying Club Way

For the past couple of weeks I have been anxiously awaiting this day.

Delivery day!

I recently signed up to be a coordinator for Annie's Organic Produce Buying Club.
What is a buying club? Well it's basically a group of people that get together and pool their money so they can afford the freshest organic produce and groceries directly from local farms and distributions.

Annie's is all over FL. Check it out, and see if there is a pick up location near you. If not, sign up to be a coordinator and promote it to your friends, family, and neighbors.

If you're not in Fl, then ask around and see if there is something similar in your state.

I was thrilled to receive our shipment today. Everything was as fresh as if you just picked it from your backyard. What's better than that? The fact that it's all ORGANIC!

This was just some of our produce that I unpacked into piles so I could separate everything accordingly.

16 different families were all going home with a 35-40 lb. box of organic goodies today, and I couldn't be happier to coordinate it for them.

My dining room was covered in boxes from floor to table....

and here's what was inside. This weeks shipment had broccoli, mixed greens, chard, napa cabbage, grape tomatoes, scallions, tangelos, blueberries, pink lady apples, bananas, and more...all delivered to my house, for me to sort out into boxes, and send home with 16 very happy customers.

Healthy, fresh organic food on a budget? It does exist! Just look around the web and you'll be sure to find something in your town, and if you're lucky enough to reside in Fl make sure to head over to Annie's Buying Club and check it out! Who know's I might just be lucky enough to get to be your coordinator!

See you tomorrow when I show you what I've completed so far in the 21 days to a organized home challenge.

  1. If you head over to www.anniesbuyingclub.com you will get all the information. No I didn't post it to MOPS yet, but I believe a friend of mine did. You can also find our group on FB. Thanks for your interest :-)
